Customer Experience Manager

We are a specialized credit repair and business funding company committed to delivering exceptional service to individuals and businesses. Our mission is to provide top-notch support through consistent client experiences.

Our ideal candidate will oversee customer service team operations, manage client calls, and develop effective policies and procedures to drive results. They will also train, coach, and support our customer service representatives to ensure seamless client journeys.

To achieve this, we need a skilled leader who can identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service team operations, take client calls, and develop policies and procedures.
  • Train, coach, and support customer service representatives for consistent client experiences.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless client journeys.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service leadership or management roles.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and take client calls professionally.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use metrics to improve performance.
  • Proficiency with customer service tools and platforms.
