  • Ensure all food preparation meets high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Consistently deliver well-presented and high-quality food to our guests.
  • Work effectively within the kitchen to maintain high customer service standards.
  • Fully adhere to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or strong experience in a Commis Chef role.
  • Creativity when approaching food preparation.
  • Strong coaching and team motivating skills.
  • A positive attitude towards work and colleagues.

  • Excellent grooming standards.
