This position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of product solutions across various industries, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and driving strategic growth.
About the PositionAs a key leader in our organization, you will manage a portfolio of clients within the assigned branch, overseeing the successful delivery of project work, coaching team leaders, and developing relationships with executive client leaders. You will report directly to C-level leaders and be evaluated on delivery success, team feedback, client feedback, growth of key accounts, forecast accuracy, and profitability of your portfolio.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuilt strong client relationships across the executive ladder, conducting regular business reviews (QBRs), and other meetings to understand feedback, communicate team progress, establish value propositions, and drive change.Communicate proactively across client relationships to surface industry thought leadership, best practices, and drive WT's "doctors not waiters" mentality.Engage directly with Triforce to understand in-flight work, using end products where possible to drive performance as part of the team.Establish clear value metrics across internal and external teams.Provide effective oversight of delivery work, mitigating risk, improving practices, and strengthening client trust.Coach Triforces to understand client business drivers, develop relationships, and solve problems.Identify and influence decisions using reporting language, data visualization, and storytelling.Deliver presentations, workshops, and conversations that inspire confidence and influence decisions.QualificationsDemonstrated success driving team collaboration and client success.Tendency to lean into client/team collaboration and coaching.Effectively coaches triforce to positive outcomes.Effectively manages performance of immediate team.Required Skills & AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and client services skills.Excellent team and client management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.Function well in high-paced, interactive, collaborative, and sometimes stressful environment.-
