Job Description

We are seeking a skilled product leader to spearhead the development of our core features and drive integrations with internal applications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and prioritize architectural enhancements and new feature ideas.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, support, and other teams across the organization to plan, develop, and launch the right enhancements - then iterate.
  • Focus on the big picture while guiding your team towards effective user stories and a deep backlog.
  • Represent customers in every conversation and decision-making process.
  • Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with marketing, support, analysts, and delivery teams to understand business needs and incorporate them into product decisions.
  • Recommend improvements based on ongoing customer research, feedback, performance, and competitive analysis.
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning, translating business objectives into clear strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a product manager or equivalent.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with engineers.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Remarkable leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
