Product Development Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Product Development Manager to spearhead the development and delivery of our next-generation platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software engineering, project management, and team leadership.

The successful candidate will lead a team of developers, inspire them to excel in an Agile environment, and provide technical guidance and mentorship. They will be responsible for driving cultural change and transformation, building high-performing teams, and delivering products that meet client needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in designing and developing high scalable/high volume applications, as well as knowledge of best practices on Software Development Life Cycle and CI/CD pipelines.

You will also be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, staying up-to-date with technology trends, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent
  • Skills in software engineering, project management, and team leadership
  • Experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role
  • Capable of providing technical guidance and mentorship to development team
  • Experience in design and development of high scalable/high volume applications
  • Knowledge of best practices on Software Development Life Cycle and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Up-to-date with technology trends
  • Prior experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
