Innovative Art Leadership Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for an Art Lead to join our team and take on a leadership role in the creation of innovative and creative experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Technical Artists, providing art direction and feedback on tasks, and collaborating with engineers and designers to create and implement new features from start to finish.
Key qualifications include strong experience with Unreal Engine or other real-time game engine technologies, skilled in authoring materials and shaders using node-based graph editors or HLSL, and proficient in Blueprints and other programming languages.
Additional requirements include proficiency with 3D modeling tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, or similar software, hands-on experience with procedural modeling and simulation tools, expertise in optimizing art and gameplay content across multiple platforms, and contribution to shipping cross-platform content on consoles, Switch, and mobile devices.
In this role, you will work closely with various departments to establish goals and tasks for new features, identify potential risks in plans and highlight them early with the team to problem solve, and collaborate with Art Leads to Create Shader and blueprint solutions for complex assets.
