Product Development Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team.

  • Assist in managing multiple programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Help develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor program performance and assist in implementing necessary adjustments to ensure success.
  • Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration.
  • Prepare and present program updates and reports to senior management.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at clearly explaining ideas, creating compelling arguments, and delivering visual and verbal information to various audiences for maximum impact. They will inspire teams with a clear vision and execution plan for complex initiatives while encouraging their teams to start new initiatives to innovate and explore new ways of doing things.

Key Skills
  • Experience in cloud-based solutions with hands-on involvement in creating and executing successful strategies to deliver products to market in an Agile environment.
  • Proven business acumen, managing multi-million-dollar initiatives with solid revenue performance.
  • Leadership skills, including ability to lead and inspire teams that embrace change, continually innovate, and achieve performance standards.
  • Ability to operate with a product ownership mindset, understanding and reinforcing a product culture and working autonomously.

This role requires a strong communicator who is comfortable in front of leadership and has a compelling voice demonstrated through their executive presence and ability to lead change. From presentations of product changes to delivering news to stakeholders that a change they desire cannot happen, they will flex their communication muscle, which will take them far in this role.
