About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to shape our vision for travel and expense management solutions. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver cutting-edge products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the success, quality, cost management, and delivery of travel and expense management products through the entire product lifecycle.
  • Responsible for product management of product initiatives and features that will shape existing and future travel and expense management products.
  • Conduct analysis and design activities for the initiatives you own.
  • Build a product roadmap based on the needs of our customers, incorporating ongoing analysis of best-in-class platforms.
  • Prioritize and describe the product backlog.
  • Ensure definition of high-quality specifications according to customer and user requirements.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality products pursuant to customer requirements, including the completion of expert tests and validation of the planned and implemented scope.
  • Work with your team to build, launch, implement, and support the product initiatives you own.
  • Stay current with industry trends relating to the travel & expense industry, SaaS, and spend management.
  • Support, communicate, and advocate for new product features.
  • Incorporate customer feedback, input from Solution Management and Partner Enablement teams, and analytics into your product plans.
  • Work across product and engineering teams to facilitate the launch and release of new travel and expense management products and features.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; MBA or equivalent education.
  • 1-5 years product management experience with cloud, enterprise SaaS products.
  • Experience working with product roadmaps and driving delivery of products through the entire product lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of travel and expense management and domain expertise, preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a highly collaborative agile methodology.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and verbal), good problem-solving skills, ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience leading large, diverse, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead by example, collaborate, advocate for different viewpoints, and influence without direct authority.
