**Business Agility Director**:

If you are a project oriented executive with strong business acumen and an Agile mindset, you love mentoring, coaching and accomplishing amazing things, you might be a match for our Agile Operations team.

A typical day as our Business Agility Director includes mentoring your team or other leaders on Agile ceremonies and our Agile Framework, helping each area move one step further into becoming an Agile expert, and also working to improve our agile processes, remove bottlenecks, mitigate risks and make sure our company initiatives are on track.

As our Business Agility Director your key responsibilities will be:

- Set and manage your area goals and objectives;
- Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing startup environment;
- To wear many hats, learn quickly and change direction when needed;
- Implement best practices to plan, develop and enhance Agile processes and culture
- Oversee Themes and Initiatives within your program, monitoring their progress and the status of the work teams engage in, ensuring successful, timely deliveries.
- Identify dependencies, guide decision-making, solve problems, and provide analytical insights about the project performance.
- Continually work on improving our Framework, proposing optimization opportunities by constantly iterating our working methods and acting as a change agent for their implementation.
- Teach or mentor less experienced Azion's modern Agile concepts, values, principles, practices, and better practices.
- Be excellent in networking, stakeholder management across all organizational levels..

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English - as our company official language is English
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Be a confident public speaker and facilitator;
- Has work experience in project management methodologies such as Scaled Agile, Scrum, and Kanban;
- Understand working with technical teams, but possess business acumen;
- Have goal driven mindset;
**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Understand Edge and Cloud Computing key concepts;
