About the Opportunity

The Product Architecture Director role is a collaborative position that demands leadership skills and experience in managing software projects with intricate scope. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to iteratively bring client vision to life, while shaping the future of the Product Architecture discipline.

You will establish close relationships with client stakeholders to comprehend their goals and vision, and coach individuals and teams on refined processes and practices. Additionally, you will create and manage complex requirement backlogs that consider multiple platforms, and facilitate discussions and develop processes for scope management and feature prioritization.

This director will be accountable for cultivating a culture of excellence, driving innovation, and fostering a work environment that promotes collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning.
