Senior Financial Collection Manager

As a key member of our team, you will lead the collections department and be responsible for optimizing cash flow, reducing delinquency, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, financial management, or currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas. They should also have minimum 5 years of experience in collections or credit management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems such as SAP, Netsuite, or similar are essential.

Additionally, the successful candidate should have knowledge of Power BI and USA bank operations. Strong negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills are required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or related field
