Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team at Blueclip. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing front-end, back-end, and architecture for our web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing front-end website architecture to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Designing user interactions on web pages to enhance engagement and conversion.
  • Developing back-end website applications to meet business requirements.
  • Creating servers and databases for functionality and scalability.
  • Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones to reach a wider audience.
  • Ensuring responsiveness of applications to meet user expectations.
  • Collaborating with graphic designers to create visually appealing web design features.
  • Seeing through a project from conception to finished product, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Designing and developing APIs to integrate with third-party services.
  • Meeting both technical and consumer needs to drive business success.
  • Staying up-to-date with developments in web applications and programming languages to remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 6+ years of experience in Web development (Full Stack).
  • Experience with full application lifecycle development methodologies such as Agile/SCRUM.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, ExpressJS, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with backend/API development.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, and Express.
  • Proficiency with server-side languages such as NodeJS.
  • Familiarity with any database technology such as MySQL or MongoDB.
  • Experience working with payment gateways like Stripe.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done independently.
  • Self-organized in a remote-first work environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
