We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead our network operations.
Key Responsibilities- Network Monitoring: Ensure seamless operation of network systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Troubleshooting and Incident Response: Serve as an escalation point for complex issues, collaborating with engineering teams on problem resolution.
- Process Improvements: Develop and implement new procedures, documentation, and operational runbooks to enhance overall efficiency.
- Proven Network Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and proactive mindset.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, SDN/overlay concepts, RF, and 5G.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Linux and scripting languages, as well as experience with monitoring, management tools, and troubleshooting tools.
- Passion for Network Operations: A genuine interest in ensuring the smooth operation of network systems.
- Leadership Qualities: Ability to mentor and guide team members, while also driving process improvements.
