Marketing Data Analyst (User Acquisition)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing strategies by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance campaign performance.

Responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels, monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for campaign planning and optimization, generating reports on campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, and providing recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, knowledge of basic marketing principles, proficiency in English at an intermediate or advanced level, one year of experience with management of online advertising campaigns, strong analytical and quantitative skills, familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, or Google Sheets.

Preferred Skills include previous work with mobile game advertising, familiarity with digital advertising platforms, personal attributes such as proactivity, self-motivation, adaptability, teamwork, eagerness to learn, problem-solving skills, enthusiasm about the digital marketing landscape, proactive mindset, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
