About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Procurement Specialist to join our team at Sea. As a key member of our Corporate IT department, you will play a critical role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient IT products and services to support our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory and incoming IT purchases and supplies.
  • Research and evaluate prospective suppliers to ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate and establish purchases for IT goods and services, working closely with the IT technical team and HQ procurement team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of commercial relationship build-up and procurement techniques/processes.
