As a key member of our organization, you will oversee a talented group of engineers tasked with developing innovative tools and practices that drive outstanding reliability and DevOps/DevSecOps excellence.
Your team will be responsible for automating security infrastructure for our cloud-based solutions, directly impacting the protection of client data and ensuring fewer vulnerabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Transformational Change. Lead, inspire, and engage your team as you continue to develop, design, and deliver next-generation platforms that meet client needs.
- Build High-Performing Teams. As an experienced leader, you will motivate and empower your team members to excel in an Agile environment. You will proactively identify challenges and opportunities for growth, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Develop Innovative Solutions. With your technical expertise, you will review and refine your team's work, helping them deliver polished, high-quality products that meet or exceed expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in software development and reliability engineering, with at least 3 years of management experience
- Prior experience in Infrastructure Security, DevSecOps, DevOps, Reliability, and Large Scale Software Development is highly desirable
