Are you a skilled problem solver who can thrive in a dynamic environment?

This role involves managing service restoration for cloud-based payroll, tax, HR and benefits solutions.

You will work closely with a team of experienced incident managers to identify and resolve technical issues that may impact clients and associates.

To succeed, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to analyze complex issues, and have a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

This is not a standard 9-to-5 job. You will need to be flexible and available to work outside regular hours when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the restoration of service for our cloud-based solutions
  • Work closely with a team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and enhance service quality
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of incidents
  • Participate in daily reviews and provide updates on open incident calls

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours
