Wind Project Development Specialist

This role supports the growth of wind project portfolios in coordination with global development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Room Management and Archiving:
    - Collect, organize, and supervise project documentation.
    - Create, manage, and periodically update document lists.
    - Manage traceability/archiving of incoming and outgoing project documents.
    - Archive project documents on internal document control systems.
    - Prepare and manage due diligence data rooms for project sales and financing.
  • Financial Administration:
    - Process and raise purchase requests/purchase orders for invoices issued by contractors, referencing governing contracts.
    - Assist with time management and expenses raised from project developments.
    - Act as a liaison between project development teams and finance teams when required.
    - Assist with contract management and legal documentation, maintaining control of responsibilities, obligations, and associated deadlines for stakeholders.
    - Provide day-to-day administrative support to development teams on multiple projects.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in renewable energy development.
  • Preferred education: degree level (administrative or legal background is beneficial).
  • Experience working in project-based and multi-subdivision businesses for at least 2 years.
  • Proficiency in SAP, DMS systems, Microsoft Office, and main IT tools.
  • Excellent language skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
