Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wind Turbine Manager to oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of wind turbines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to ensure safe and efficient operation of wind turbines.
- Coordinate and oversee both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, including fault handling, troubleshooting, and technical upgrades.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including resource planning, team supervision, and inventory control.
- Act as a key liaison between site teams and headquarters, ensuring effective communication and timely reporting of faults.
- Maintain and update records, project documentation, and regular reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- College degree or above in electrical automation, mechanical design, manufacturing, or science and engineering.
- Familiarity with knowledge of wind turbine systems, capable of handling common faults.
- GWO certificate holder or qualified certificate recognized by local regulations.
- 2 years of experience in wind turbine operations preferred.
- Certain level of English proficiency required for effective communication.
