We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Service Strategy Manager to join our team in LATAM. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a regional service strategy that aligns with our company's global objectives.

This role plays a key part in securing long-term service contracts, driving revenue growth, and maintaining profitable operations.

The Regional Service Strategy Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a regional service strategy across LATAM, ensuring full alignment with our company's global objectives while optimizing business performance, operational efficiency, and long-term service sustainability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the regional service strategy across LATAM countries
  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Lead contract negotiations for long-term service agreements (LTSA)
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals and tender responses
  • Foster and maintain strong strategic relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing site technical teams, ensuring effective and efficient operation of the wind turbine plant
  • Establish and maintain a collaborative environment with the customer, guaranteeing the fulfillment of contractual commitments

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in the wind energy sector
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the B2B sales environment, notably from heavy industry or energy sector
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Related experience in the energy & power industry
