Job Title: Wind Turbine Generator Operations Manager
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the development and implementation of strategies, procedures, and work plans to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) and Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, including fault handling, troubleshooting, and technical upgrades. This will involve minimizing downtime and improving performance through effective planning and execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing O&M strategies, procedures, and work plans to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of WTGs and SCADA systems.
- Managing day-to-day O&M operations, including resource planning, team supervision, and inventory control, ensuring timely execution and compliance with safety standards.
- Acting as a key liaison between the site team and group headquarters, ensuring effective communication, timely reporting of faults, and alignment with company policies.
Skill Requirements:
- College degree or above in electrical automation, mechanical design, manufacturing, or science and engineering.
- GWO certificate holder or qualified certificate recognized by local regulations.
- 2 years of O&M experience preferred, with knowledge of WTG and SCADA systems and ability to handle common faults.
- Certain level of English proficiency and ability to communicate and work in English.
