Job Opportunity

As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to ensure the efficient operation of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) and Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and work plans to minimize downtime and enhance performance.
  • Coordinate and oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, including fault handling and technical upgrades.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including resource planning and team supervision.
  • Maintain effective communication with site teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • College degree or above in Electrical Automation, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Science, or Engineering.
  • Hold a GWO certificate or equivalent recognized by local regulations.
  • Familiarity with WTG and SCADA systems, including common faults.
  • Minimum 2 years of operations experience preferred.
  • Excellent English proficiency for communication and teamwork.
