Job Title: Wind Turbine Operations and Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and Implement O&M Strategies:

    Develop, implement, and oversee effective O&M strategies, procedures, and work plans to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of wind turbines (WTGs) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.">

  3. Coordinate and Oversee Maintenance Activities:

    Coordinate and supervise both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, including fault handling, troubleshooting, and technical upgrades. Minimize downtime and improve performance by ensuring timely execution and compliance with safety standards.">

  4. Manage Day-to-Day Operations:

    Manage day-to-day O&M operations, including resource planning, team supervision, inventory control, and reporting. Ensure timely execution and compliance with safety standards.">

  5. Liaise with Site Team and HQ:

    Act as a key liaison between the site team and group headquarters. Ensure effective communication, timely reporting of faults, and alignment with company policies.">

  6. Maintain Records and Reports:

    Maintain and update maintenance records, project documentation, and regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly). Support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.">

Qualifications:

  2. College Degree or Above:

    Hold a college degree or above in a relevant field.">

  3. Electrical Automation and Mechanical Design Majors:

    Preferably hold electrical automation, mechanical design, and manufacturing, and science and engineering majors.">

  4. GWO Certificate:

    Be a GWO certificate holder or have a qualified certificate recognized by local regulations.">

  5. O&M Experience:

    Have 2 years of O&M experience in wind turbine operations.">

  6. English Proficiency:

    Have a certain level of English proficiency and be able to communicate and work in English.">
