About the Job

This is a senior level role for an experienced SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris Developer to lead our team of software architects and developers in delivering high-quality code to meet customer driven specifications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience coding in Java, guiding junior developers, and working on retail domain projects.

  • Deliver high-quality code to deadlines as part of a project team.
  • Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate clearly with the team about tasks and milestones achieved.
  • Estimate realistic delivery timescales for the team.
  • Solve problems using provided tools and materials or suggest alternatives.
  • Create robust solutions using available tools and materials or suggest alternatives.
  • Take responsibility for leading technical discussions on problem solving and solution design.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris development.
  • Proficiency in Java (version 17 or later).
  • Guiding experience of 3 or more developers.
  • Retail domain experience.
  • Data structures expertise.
  • Web technologies exposure.
  • Object-oriented software design patterns knowledge.
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Operating system familiarity (Windows or Linux).
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
