Butler

At Accor Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Butler to join our team. As a Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

• Provide thoughtful, caring, and sincere service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Identify and address guests' needs, ensuring personalized service is provided throughout their stay.
• Assist with food and beverage services, as required, and ensure that all requests from guests are met and followed up on.
• Ensure that all guests are met and greeted on a daily basis, and their profiles are updated accordingly.
• Provide third service to guests by ensuring rooms are tidied up after they leave, and provide prompt laundry and shoe shine services, meeting special preferences of guests.
• Demonstrate discretion and courtesy when entering into the private space of guests, respecting their privacy and not discussing their private information with colleagues.

• Previous customer-related experience is an asset.
• Must possess a professional presentation and outstanding guest service skills, with sophisticated verbal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team, focusing attention on guest needs and remaining calm and courteous at all times.
