Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior HR Specialist to join our team at Franklin Electric. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting

Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
