Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Analista de RH Jr to join our team at Franklin Electric. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documents and coordinating with department managers
  • Assist with benefits administration, including answering employee questions and resolving issues

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
