Accounting Operations Specialist Job Description

As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounting entries for our operations.

  • Monitor monthly financial variations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to maintain high-quality accounting processes.
  • Perform monthly closing activities, including reporting, preparing, and reviewing reconciliations (end-to-end).
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage local journal entries and perform monthly closing activities, including reporting, preparing, and reviewing reconciliations (end-to-end).
  • Bridge local and US GAAP requirements.
  • Support daily General Ledger operations, reconciliation, and process control.
  • Ensure effective internal control procedures and compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Interface with auditors.
  • Prepare reports for regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure liquidity and minimum capital requirement compliance.
  • Assess new regulations and accounting rules.
  • Consolidate financial statements.
