Warehouse Leadership Position

The warehouse team leader is accountable for directing the warehouse staff, developing long-term strategies, and aligning the team with our business vision and supply chain goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing at various levels, including supervising other supervisors.
  • Over 5 years leading warehouse or operations roles.
  • Experience in a 24/7/365 environment.
  • Leadership in culture transformation.
  • Strong communication skills to motivate and collaborate.
  • Focus on developing people.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of coaching and developing teams.
  • Ability to build high-performance teams.

  • Sense of urgency and prioritization skills.
