SOTI is seeking a Channel Account Manager to play a critical role in designing and implementing strategies to sell SOTI products through Top SOTI Partners. This role will focus on partner management, serving as the single point of contact for partners, educating them on SOTI solutions. The Channel Account Manager will oversee relationships with key platinum partners, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with SOTI's goals. They will also drive adoption of new product introductions (NPIs) within the assigned region, facilitate partner deal registrations, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities. Additionally, they will work closely with partners to enhance their capabilities in selling SOTI ONE solutions and cultivate strong relationships with partner executives to foster successful partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of channel experience, preferably within the technology industry, and a background in mobility and software sales. They will also have a proven track record in sales, including direct customer interactions, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM tools.
