Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve daily back-office user issues on both functional and technical levels
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance system functionality
- Develop requirements based on stream and resolution needs
- Manage day-to-day tasks to complete application support deliverables
- Contribute to group efforts in resolving requests or issues
- Analyze, formulate, propose, develop, and contribute to overall solutions as per project deliverables
- Follow up on new application developments, enhancements, version upgrades, regulations, and practices globally
- Perform testing for assigned deliverables and participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities (senior level skills in pre and post-trade workflows)
- Hands-on experience in Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flow(s), interfaces, and Trade Life Cycle
- Strong personality, logical, and analytical skills
- Detailed-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Good product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQD
- Understanding of P&L concept overall and its components
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally
- Experience in supporting end-users and resolving their daily issues
