We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing litigation cases involving our entities in South and Central America.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, with 2-5 years of experience in civil and labor law, procedural law, and environmental law. A Law Degree (Bachelor) is required, and proficiency in English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate litigation cases, working closely with outside counsel to develop defense strategies and gather facts and documents.
  • Monitor and report on case status, providing statistics on trends and potential risks and exposures.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of yearly settlement strategies, aligning with the company's financial goals.
  • Support businesses in EHS-related matters, including reviewing and supporting domestic and international regulatory matters.
