Project Execution Planner for Customer Engagement

The Customer Project Execution LATAM Planning Team plays a crucial role in orchestrating the complete project lifecycle, encompassing everything from the initial proposal development in collaboration with the BID and Sales teams to the execution phase and eventual transition to the Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging throughout the entire project lifecycle;
  • Formulating new project proposals;
  • Assessing demand and resource allocation;
  • Enhancing construction phases;
  • Developing detailed schedules for execution and subcontractors;
  • Overseeing project implementation;
  • Tracking essential KPIs, progress metrics, and critical path assessments;
  • Identifying potential risks and opportunities within the project and portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus;
  • Experience with Primavera P6;
  • Familiarity with MS Project.

Essential Competencies:

  • Proven experience in project planning;
  • Background in wind energy projects;
  • Capability to collaborate within multifunctional and multinational teams;
  • Skill in coordinating planning efforts with project teams;
  • Strong organizational abilities and a solid grasp of Project Management methodologies;
  • Willingness to travel as required.
