Job Role

The successful candidate will have a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing billing terms, custom pricing structures, and service obligations
  • Managing client credentialing and sales opportunity processing and auditing
  • Following global data quality and data management best practices
  • Maintaining data quality by supporting ad-hoc and bulk requests, collaborating with sales teams
  • Supporting internal projects by proposing solutions and orienting team members
  • Performing data auditing, cleansing, deduplication, and review for completeness and validity
  • Resolving data quality issues through monitoring, researching, and measuring data improvements
  • Documenting and updating data standards and processes regularly
About the Job

This is a permanent, home-based role. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in data quality and be proficient in Excel, including complex functions. A willingness to learn new tools is essential.
