Corporate Legal Advisor

The role of Corporate Legal Specialist involves providing legal support and guidance to various departments across the organization. In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders, analyzing contracts and preparing corporate documents. The successful candidate will have a generalist background in law, able to provide advice on multiple areas, including compliance, labor, civil, corporate, tax, and regulatory issues.
This person will collaborate closely with internal teams, including HR, Finance, Tax, Governance, and others, as well as external professional advisors. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Legal Advice and Support:
- Prepare contract reviews and drafts, ensuring compliance with the legal framework and identifying potential risks. Collaborate with the corporate legal team to negotiate complex documents.
- Conduct research on relevant regulations and case law to support decision making.
- Provide tailored legal advice across multiple areas, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement:
- Enhance internal legal processes by developing standardized templates and implementing best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and prepare materials for key stakeholders.
- Review policies and documents to ensure alignment with legal requirements and compliance standards.
