We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at OUTLIERS ESCOLA INTERNACIONAL LTDA.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to Head Teachers in teaching classes, preparing content, and managing students in school environments.
- Assist the Head Teacher in the distribution and collection of materials, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning process.
- Participate in the implementation of didactic-pedagogical projects, contributing to the development of our students.
- Keep the classroom organized, maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Be responsible for decorating walls, doors, tables, and bulletin boards around the school, promoting a positive and engaging atmosphere.
- Adapt activities for students with special educational needs, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
- Ensure safety, constantly staying with students, observing, guiding, and interfering when necessary, to avoid possible accidents.
- Receive students at the entrance and exit of the school, paying attention to safety standards and delivering them to the person in charge.
- Accompany students at meal times, ensuring that everyone eats well and has a positive experience.
- Be responsible for managing the class in times of absence or temporary unavailability of the Head Teacher, maintaining continuity and stability.
- Record student activities through videos and photos, sending them to the Head Teacher within the previously established deadline.
- Participate in Academic Meetings, educational conferences, and development workshops, enhancing professional competence and staying up-to-date with best practices.
- Attend school events open to families, fostering a sense of community and connection.
- Attending or graduated in Pedagogy.
- Desirable 2 years of classroom experience.
- Experience with Early Childhood Education.
- Proficiency in English (English level: C1 or higher).
- Bilingualism.
- Early Childhood education (specific for Early Childhood Education).
- IB Methodology.
- Child Development.
