Job Title: IT Operations Specialist

This is an onsite position responsible for daily production work tasks and provides advanced system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware and software tools.

  • Key responsibilities include project implementation, endpoint security applications - compliance, Bigfix, remote support, field support, equipment control in SCCM and Active Directory, inventory control, installation of equipment for new accounts or projects, equipment configuration, incident resolution according to SLA, safety of computer equipment, repair of computer equipment, maintenance of computer equipment.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university
  • Located in Sao Paulo
  • 2-4 years relevant experience
  • Ability to meet timelines on deliverables
  • Knowledge in management of Windows & Mac OS network configuration
  • Knowledge in PC maintenance
  • Knowledge managing DNS and Active Directory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
