Sales Service Expert

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales staff, you will provide exceptional customer service and help customers find the perfect products for their home improvement needs.
About the Job:- This is a full-time position that involves interacting with customers throughout the day, answering questions, and organizing merchandise. Daily responsibilities may vary by department, but you will always be focused on delivering top-notch customer service.
- Welcome customers to our store, answer their questions, and deliver friendly and professional service.
- Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise, including stocking shelves and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
- Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
- Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds).
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
- Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
