Job Overview
This role involves overseeing the implementation of new or changed IT services, ensuring smooth transitions into operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing and managing the implementation of new or changed IT services to ensure seamless integration.
- Managing daily operational activities to guarantee stable, secure, and efficient running of assigned IT service(s).
- Identifying, recommending, and implementing improvements to enhance service quality, reliability, and efficiency.
- Ensuring comprehensive documentation of service processes, configurations, and relevant knowledge articles.
- Executing tasks and responsibilities within service-related projects to drive success.
- Providing technical expertise and assistance for service-related issues to support escalation management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in managing or supporting Service Desk activities, Workplace Life Cycle, Client Configuration, Mobile Device, and / or Client Access & Policy services.
- Proficiency in IT FrontEnd Services, processes, and tools.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
