Project Management Role

The role of the project manager is to lead EPC photovoltaic projects, following best practices in risk analysis, quality, human resources, costs, scope, time, integration, engineering, supplies, and critical path analysis.

  • Conduct team meetings to assess risks and opportunities, monitor physical and financial progress, negotiate claims, analyze, and manage project KPIs.
  • Manage projects according to internal regulations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget and in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintain interfaces with stakeholders and within the project team.
  • Monitor and report progress to Director, including significant milestones and conditions affecting cost, schedule, quality, and EHS.
  • Establish and conduct project management/review meetings.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EPC Project Management, energy infrastructure projects, including large-scale power generation plants/projects.
