Job Description

As a key member of the sales team, you will provide technical support and be an expert on Advanced Observability.

You will execute demos showcasing our unique approach to solving customer pain, manage proof-of-concepts onsite and remote, build relationships with customers, and complete requests for information and proposals.

About your role:

  • Ambitious, confident, and self-motivated individual with previous experience or another technical customer-facing role.
  • Passionate about innovative technology, technical sales, and articulating value to customers and prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate our product offerings during international trade shows and customer meetings.
  • Partner with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities and incremental sales within existing accounts.
  • Participate in PoC creation and cloud architecture discussions, leading technical solution evaluation.
  • Present our vision to C-suite executives.
  • Provide technical guidance in the discovery, solution evaluation, and solution proposal stages.
  • Present on-stage demonstrations providing insight and context to our customers.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve our market share and meet market needs.
  • Build best practices and share knowledge to develop personal and team capabilities.
  • Work with local sales and sales engineering leadership to identify learning/development opportunities.
  • Create and modify template presentations to attend specific customer demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience required.

Minimum 3 years of experience within the observability space.
