Job Overview:

We are seeking a digital transformation leader to drive company-wide digitalization using Power Platform tools.

The successful candidate will have experience in IT project management, knowledge of M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform. They will also possess leadership competencies, including customer focus and action-oriented direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee vendor work in the Digital Factory to meet business needs with high-quality standards.
  • Lead validation and execution of the platform's technical roadmap on time and within budget.
  • Ensure financial viability of the supervised scope each fiscal year.
  • Coordinate with vendor leads for process improvement and effective control tools.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer and user relationships.

You will analyze current architecture for improvement opportunities, collaborate with governance, architecture, and security teams, and act as a subject matter expert on collaborative solutions.

Requirements:

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in IT, computer sciences, management, economics, or equivalent.
  • IT Project Management.
  • Knowledge of M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
  • First proven experience with Rapid Application Development Platforms used at Mars (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Both written and oral fluency in English.
