**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our sales and distribution team in Salvador, Brazil. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a customer service culture in the branch.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the sales and distribution branch for automotive parts and services, warranty processes, financial and business indicators (balanced scorecard), annual operations plan, marketing and sales.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality standards, import and export legislation, and legal department requirements for the branch facilities area.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service capacity, understanding customer expectations, business priorities, and region-specific requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
**Requirements**
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a sales and distribution subsidiary for automotive parts and services, warranty processes, financial and business indicators, annual operations plan, marketing and sales, customer relationships, and people management.
- Advanced English language skills.
