Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative professional to manage all administrative functions within our department. This role is essential to keeping our team on track, ensuring quality control, improving workflows, and supporting operational efficiency.

  • Manage all administrative duties for the department, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Develop and refine departmental processes for improved efficiency and consistency
  • Support quality control efforts by auditing internal documentation and project-related files
  • Assist in tracking project progress and deadlines across teams to help ensure timely completion

As an experienced administrative professional, you will work closely with project coordinators, leadership, and cross-functional teams to build reports, support process development, and maintain organized systems that drive our success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRMs, spreadsheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or project management software)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
