Product Leadership Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead one of our squads within the Financial Products team. This role will involve owning the end-to-end product strategy, leading a squad of Product Managers, and partnering closely with various teams to deliver solutions that expand our product portfolio and generate new revenue streams.

About the Role
  • Owning the vision & strategy — Define and communicate a long-term roadmap for money-movement solutions, ensuring every decision aligns with company OKRs and drives sustainable growth.
  • Leading & developing the team — Manage and mentor Product Managers, set clear goals, and foster a high-performance culture that consistently turns plans into results.
  • Shaping world-class products — Convert market insights and user pain points into detailed specs, guiding features from concept to launch with a focus on quality and scalability.
  • Championing customer & business understanding — Dive deep into merchant workflows, regulatory trends, and our economics to uncover opportunities that unlock new revenue streams.
  • Driving cross-functional initiatives — Align Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, and Commercial teams around complex projects, remove blockers, and keep all stakeholders engaged.
  • Translating strategy into execution — Turn high-level goals into prioritized epics and user stories, balance tech debt versus new features, and track delivery against clear success metrics.
  • Owning the roadmap — Maintain a transparent, data-driven roadmap; regularly update priorities based on impact and steer the organization through each milestone to timely completion.
