Job Title: Risk and Audit Expert

The role of a risk and audit expert is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of an organization's operations.

This position contributes to the Business Risk and Audit Function (BR&AF), which provides assurance and recommendations to the Executive Board and the Audit Committee on risk management, control, and governance practices.

  1. Job Description:

    As a key member of the BR&AF team, you will participate in risk assessments, audit planning, and scoping. This includes researching relevant business objectives, policies, regulations, and evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of controls in mitigating identified risks.

  2. Audit Responsibilities:

    You will prepare and execute audits by analyzing operational processes and controls, identifying weaknesses, and providing recommendations for management. Additionally, you will support and monitor the implementation of corrective actions, act as a resource for colleagues, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

  3. Required Skills and Qualifications:

    To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, a Master's degree in business or economics, and relevant certifications. Proficiency in English and experience with Excel, risk and audit methodologies, and internal control theories are also essential.
