Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT operations. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of skilled IT professionals who provide technical support to various stakeholders.

Some of the key tasks you will be responsible for include:

  • Hiring, training, and developing a team of IT professionals.
  • Ensuring that all safety programs are implemented and maintained to create a safe work environment.
  • Providing analytical and technical assistance to management and staff to drive continuous improvement of IT solutions.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with operational leadership and staff.
  • Leading infrastructure builds in new facilities.
  • Planning, organizing, scheduling, and supervising day-to-day technical support activities.
  • Measuring, monitoring, and maintaining the team's ability to meet or exceed contact and resolution Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Overseeing the management of equipment and parts inventory.
  • Creating, managing, and supporting recognition and communication programs.

Key requirements include:

This role requires up to 30% on-site presence at our Fulfillment Centers, with occasional night shifts during peak periods.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Technical discipline is required. Experience in multinational environments supporting multiple sites locations, start-ups, and building new sites is preferred.

Leadership development, team building, excellent written and verbal communication skills, data-driven decisions, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
