Enterprise Solutions Architect

• Lead the analysis of complex problems that the team cannot solve directly through monitoring, research, POCs, and opening tickets with software or hardware providers to ensure quick, secure, and quality resolution;
• Define the technical and/or architectural solution to be adopted, balancing business requirements with best practices of the tools used, aiming to mitigate potential problems and mapping activities for successful execution;
• Support the team by monitoring activities to identify technical difficulties requiring more experience and guide resolution;
• Document services using templates, delivering artifacts that describe what was developed;
• Ensure proper maintenance and archiving of technical architecture artifacts to maintain a history of services provided to clients and teams;
• Develop integration systems through programming in integration tools to deliver solutions tailored to project specifics;
• Build and evaluate system architecture solutions;
• Analyze business and technology requirements collaboratively with Project Managers, Developers, and other team members;
• Design high-quality, secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions that meet client needs and industry standards;
• Identify and evaluate technologies and tools for software development, ensuring flexible and adaptable architecture;
• Develop and document standards and guidelines for software development to ensure best practices;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions efficiently within time constraints;
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, including bugs and development challenges;
• Stay updated with new technologies and trends, recommending and implementing improvements.

• Strong understanding of planned and prioritized business demands: Objectives, Requirements, Pain Points, Planning, Expectations;
• Ability to develop/update capability maps;
• Capability to develop/update Value Flows;
• Capacity to plan obsolescence roadmaps with teams;
• Capacity to update directives of abbreviations (evolve, decommission, maintain);
• Document Business and Solution Architecture standards and references;
• Document AS IS vision blueprints;
• Approve business artifacts in Forums;
• Identify involved systems to create context views;
• Plan activities related to constructing Context and Container Views;
• Create Context and Container Views;
• Conduct Make or Buy analysis;
• Perform functional and technical adherence analysis between suppliers;
• Evaluate suppliers during Architecture stage;
• Evaluate software options;
• Conduct POCs;
• Present solutions at Forums;
• Request creation/deactivation of abbreviations;
• Identify creation of new Building Blocks;
• Identify reuse of existing Building Blocks;
• Identify application of Technical Debt in solution creation;
• Identify Transition Architecture opportunities in solution creation;
• Create/monitor Technical Debt;
• Create/monitor Transition Architecture.
