Senior Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the success of our organization.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to our teams, including review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents. They will also be involved in monitoring and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree and enrollment with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract law, preferably at a law firm or in-house legal counsel
- Experience in Labor Law, including lawsuits and internal advice/opinions
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent writing and speaking English skills; Spanish is an asset
