Job Title: Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining distributed data pipelines. This includes leveraging tools such as Dataproc, PySpark, and Dataflow to ensure seamless data processing.


Working closely with our team, you will model and manage large volumes of data (Big Data), focusing on performance and scalability. Your expertise in cloud environments, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), will be instrumental in creating efficient data architectures and pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data pipelines using Dataproc, PySpark, and Dataflow
  • Manage Big Data with a focus on performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain modern CI/CD processes for automating integrations and deployments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

For this role, we are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in data modeling and advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Practical experience in cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Solid experience in distributed data processing, using tools like Dataproc, PySpark, and Dataflow
  • Established practice in applying good software practices, including clean code, implementation of automated testing, version control, and documentation
